Definitions
In this Agreement, "EMPIRE OF GOLD" refers to the registered Egyptian company operating the e-commerce store selling gold ingots and the gold trading application subscriptions.
Introduction
By accessing and using the EMPIRE OF GOLD website and subscribing to our gold trading application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use our website or subscribe to our gold trading application.
Online Store for Gold Coins and Bars
As shown with all products and in the gold buying and selling market, when ordering a gold bar or coin through our website, the price may change after placing the order according to gold market fluctuations at the time the total payment is completed by the customer based on the live market price.
You will be required to provide a copy of your National ID to our customer service team in order to issue an electronic invoice. This is mandatory to complete your order.
When placing your order, please enter your information accurately so that the sales and technical support team can contact you to complete the order successfully.
Return Policy
Products cannot be returned or refunded after purchase, as is standard practice in gold and precious metals markets.
Installment Fee Agreement
Customers purchasing gold products through financing provided by an approved consumer finance company acknowledge and agree to pay an installment fee equivalent to a specified percentage (%) of the total invoice value issued by EMPIRE OF GOLD for Gold Trading (EMPIRE OF GOLD), Commercial Registration No. 156668 – Cairo Investment.
This installment fee is charged due to the financing service and is separate from the actual value of the purchased gold. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these fees and waives any right to request a refund, dispute the payment, or pursue legal claims against EMPIRE OF GOLD regarding these fees.
Use of Website and Application
The use of our website and application is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our website and application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
